Something // Something // is a publication created by UIC's 2019 Senior Design Thesis Class.

Each student used original work to highlight social issues they found important. In addition to my contribution, I also contributed to the introduction of our publication with a few of my peers. {I was one of a small group chosen to write/edit...}

This process required both collaboration and compromise. My classmates and I met often to discuss our process, critiquing our work and reviewing the logistics of our shared project. We learned to work as a functional team as we planned against budget constraints and deadlines while navigating unforeseen technical malfunctions. Through all of this, we maintained the integrity of our shared creative vision. This project taught me how to be nimble with end-to-end design work, as ability to adapt in a group dynamic helped keep my own contributions in check in the face of adversity.
